Famous for its amazing, celebratory croquembouche, Cotswold Baking recently launched a new range of vegan cakes, including vegan red velvet, mocha & walnut and ginger & lemon, along with a new dessert, pistachio and rhubarb roulade, which can also used to create one of its exquisite wedding cakes.
