The Castle Hotel Windsor is delighted to announce the launch of its new à la carte and all-day dining menus at Leaf Restaurant curated by the hotel's executive head chef, Suraj Lokhande. The menus celebrate seasonal British produce and local ingredients with a wide range of modern and exciting dishes.The à la carte menu offers a carefully curated selection of starters, mains, and desserts, designed to take diners on a memorable culinary journey. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with the perfect wine accompaniment. Highlights include the pan-seared scallops served with curried cauliflower purée, crispy pancetta, and a mixed herb emulsion, paired with a crisp Raimat Chardonnay from Spain. Another highlight is the duck and orange pâté, accompanied by spiced autumn chutney and toasted brioche.
