Begin Your Journey to Forever at Wasing Park’s September Showcase

Wasing Park nestled in the Berkshire countryside is hosting its September Showcase, Forever, on Sunday 28th and Monday 29th September 2025.

Widely regarded as one of the UK's finest wedding venues, Wasing Park will shine a spotlight on sustainability. The Grade II-listed Castle Barn offers a characterful blank canvas with soft red brick walls, oak beams, and arrow slits that will be exquisitely styled by talented florists, showcasing elegant arrangements of seasonal English flowers freshly cut from Wasing's Walled Garden and potted succulents providing a natural touch to table décor.

New for this season are mini bottles of Wasing Gin, infused with botanicals gathered from the Walled Garden and hedgerows that make great favours. For a sweeter touch, thee are pots of Wasing wildflower honey lovingly crafted from honey and wax carefully harvested from hives on the estate.

Among the exciting new offerings, couples are invited to explore the newly renovated Garden Room. Brimming with character, it's now beautifully adorned with rustic oak beams, sandstone floors, pewter cast iron radiators and sliding barn doors offering couples an unforgettable entrance. Set within Wasing Park's tranquil gardens, the bi-fold glass doors flood the space with natural daylight and offer stunning views of the Castle Barn. Heated by a biomass boiler fuelled by wood chips from the estate, the Garden Room combines eco-conscious design with timeless elegance, effortlessly accommodating up to 160 guests. The Garden Room accompanies three stunning ceremony spaces, each providing a picturesque setting for couples' special day. The Victorian Summerhouse is an idyllic outdoor space set amidst nature, highlighted by an intricate hand-painted mural, accommodating up to 160 guests. The Parish Church of St Nicholas is a charming 13th-century church with beautiful stained-glass windows and a sunlit altar, providing a timeless backdrop for traditional ceremonies of up to 100 guests.

Couples can enjoy the finest locally sourced cuisine with Wasing’s estate-to-plate menu, featuring new nose-to-tail offerings made with beef sourced from the Estate’s organic farm, ensuring a sustainable and delectable dining experience. The venue caters for up to 160 guests for dining, with evening parties welcoming up to 250 people. The festivities can be continued in the Stables Lodge, a decadent post-party bar offering the perfect cozy setting for a nightcap.

After a tour of the estate at Forever, the September Showcase, couples are invited to enjoy a glass of prosecco and wood-fired pizza beneath the flowing stretch tent on the Castle Barn terrace - offering the perfect opportunity to connect with the team and begin planning their happily ever after.
