Cornwall and Berkshire-based chef Adam Handling makes TV appearance

Cornwall and Berkshire-based chef Adam Handling

Chef Adam Handling, who owns the Adam Handling Restaurant Group with The Loch & The Tyne located in Old Windsor, Berkshire and The Ugly Butterfly situated in Cornwall, will be competing in this year's highly popular Great British Menu on BBC Two tonight (Tuesday 28th February) at 8 pm.

Adam is back representing Scotland in the Scottish heat. This year, the chefs starring in the programme will be taking inspiration from the best of British animation and illustration when creating their dishes. Host Andi Oliver and regular judges Tom Kerridge, Nisha Katona, and Ed Gamble will be surprised with plenty of familiar characters, from cartoons and novels to video games. Taking inspiration from the likes of Wind in the Willows and Disney animation Brave, Adam will be creating spectacular dishes in the hope of securing a place at the 2023 banquet.
