Amersham's newest restaurant, Pluma, has recently opened, co-founded by local Spanish and British couple Charlie and Arantxa. Situated in the heart of this thriving market town, right on the high street, the modern interior features a dark wooden bar, tall tables, and an open kitchen revealing the Spanish chefs in action.
The rustic-style outdoor courtyard is perfect for al fresco dining and the traditional Spanish dishes on the extensive menu are made using fresh, local ingredients and authentic, regionally sourced Spanish produce include black squid ink rice, acorn-fed jamón croquettes, tempura squid with lime mayo and aged Iberian pork.
