Cotswold-based Daylesford launches new drinks made in Devon and Cornwall

Sustainable farming and retailing experts, Daylesford Organic based in the Cotswolds has launched a collection of new drinks made in Devon and Cornwall including the first organic tonic water to be manufactured in the UK. A new organic gin and vodka, featuring a label with a vibrant, bespoke design by artist Hugo Guinness are also now available. Perfect for enjoying at weddings, the new items include the Daylesford Organic Tonic Waters available in four flavours (Light, Cucumber, Wild Elderflower and Damascena Rose) and each are mixed with dandelion instead of quinine to keep the product organic and offer an earthy aroma.

One way to sidestep this added cost while still providing some free refreshment is to make your own batch of signature cocktails. Choose two mixed drinks or cocktails that you know your guests love and stock up on plenty of ingredients before the big day. For a spring or summer wedding, mixed drinks like Pimm's and lemonade or gin and elderflower tonic are great options, especially as you can provide bowls of fruit and mint leaves to use as a garnish.

The Normandy Food Tour comes to Windsor this Saturday 30th April

The Normandy Food Tour will be working its way across the Southeast and East of England this May bank holiday weekend. It will see some of the best food, drink and music travel through Hastings on April 29th; Windsor on April 30th; Norwich on May 1st and Canterbury on May 2nd.
