   Ceremonies and receptions take place in the following spaces;
The Owners Club (220) – a stunning suite, modern, light and airy thanks to its floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors. Guests can make the most of the indoor room and the beautiful and immaculate kept lawns of the landscaped parade ring. Even more special on a warm summer's day.
The Grandstand (600) – this large, versatile space offers panoramic views over the racecourse. If you prefer you can bring in your own professional caterers and dress the suite in your own inimitable style.
The Hampshire Stand (250) – with panoramic views of the racetrack including the finishing line this space offers a large area with unique benefits including the lawn area if requested.
The Royal Box (40) – looking for a more intimate and exclusive ceremony or wedding breakfast? Seat your guests in opulent, yet understated décor, steeped in Royal Heritage.
   The Grandstand, Hampshire Stand and the Royal Box have views of the racetrack. You can have an outdoor ceremony in the paradering if requested and the centre of the course can hold marquees forlarge outdoor weddings.You can utilise digital welcome signage for weddings held in The Grandstand, and a large screen can play a show reel of images of the bride and groom externally to face The Owners Club or the parade ring.
   Special services include a complimentary menu tasting as part of the wedding package. A free night stay in the on-site hotel, TheLodge, and complimentary race tickets for stag and hen dos.
