Berkshire bridal boutique wins national customer service award

Sophie Grace Bridal won the Retailer Customer Service award at this year's Bridal Buyer Awards, and we talked to owner Maureen Ryder about it.

“We're honoured and proud that the high level of service and dedication that we offer to all our brides has been recognised once again,” says Maureen. “I genuinely love helping brides find their dream wedding dress. The essence of our job comes down to building a relationship with the brides, finding out all about their wedding plans and becoming their confidante. One of the best parts of the job is the satisfaction of seeing the look on a bride's face when she realises she has found her dream dress.”

Sophie Grace Bridal opened in September 2015, but Maureen brought more than 20 years' experience to help create her dream boutique. “We wanted a relaxed environment for all our brides. Every bride-to-be has a 90 minute consultation, which will allow you plenty of time to try on a good selection of our beautiful gowns and accessories. You'll be able to try as many gowns as there is time for, and will be helped into each gown and offered advice on all accessories to create your perfect look.”
