Chef Adam Handling MBE is offering guests a 'braw' Burns Night celebration, complete with a Scottish feast and piper at his restaurant and pub, The Loch & the Tyne, in Old Windsor. The special Caledonian menu will be available for dinner on Saturday the 25th of January alongside a selection of delicious Burns Night cocktails and plenty of the finest Scottish Whisky.
This exclusive Burns Night menu showcases superb Scottish flavours using the very best of British produce, in keeping with The Loch & the Tyne's ethos of 'Sustainable, British, Luxury'. The menu includes hash browns with caviar, cured Scottish trout served with horseradish and Dundee cake with Scottish heather honey.
Priced at £85 per person, guests will be treated to an evening celebrating Scotland's rich cultural heritage. For some added extras, guests can also try some Burns Night cocktails including the 'Uncle Bucky' made from Nc'Nean Distillery's organic single malt scotch whisky, Buckfast, campari and cherry bitters for £14, or a 'Mary Queen of Scots', which combines Highland Park 12YO, Macallan 12YO and Dundee marmalade for £16. A non-alcoholic special is also available called the 'Mary Stuart', a mix of Lyre's dark cane spirit and Dundee marmalade, for £10.
