Mindfulness and Wellbeing Retreat set to take place at Burnham Beeches Hotel

Laura Ashley bedroom at Burnham Beeches Hotel

Burnham Beeches Hotel, an elegant Georgian mansion set in the tranquil Buckinghamshire countryside, has partnered with The Amber House to offer a three-hour Mindfulness and Wellbeing workshop on Sunday 13th September 2020.

The workshop will be led by Thea Bailey of The Amber House, a qualified counsellor and trainer, to help attendees practice mindfulness and guided relaxation as well as learn about their own resilience and how to improve it, the signs of stress, techniques to unwind, and how to communicate effectively.

Priced from £55 per person, guests will receive access to the workshop from 10am until 1pm and afternoon tea in the hotel's Laura Ashley The Tea Room, an elegant and comfortable space decorated in the signature Laura Ashley style. Diners can indulge in a selection of sandwiches and savoury treats as well as plain and raisin buttermilk scones served with Devonshire clotted cream and a choice of strawberry, blackcurrant, or lemon curd preserves, accompanied by an assortment of tantalising cakes and pastries.

For those who would like to extend their visit with an overnight stay, the hotel is offering 20 per cent off stays, by quoting RETREAT20, when booking the workshop.

Burnham Beeches Hotel is set within 10-acres of manicured gardens with a sprawling lawn to the front and magnificent trees that frame the Georgian house, making it the ideal location for a relaxing UK escape. Guests can indulge in an overnight stay in a newly designed Laura Ashley bedroom elegantly decorated with accessories showcasing the Laura Ashley Home collection.

The hotel has launched its 'Trust in Your Stay' programme, showcasing its commitment to the wellbeing and protection of their guests and team, and to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment. The 'Trust in Your Stay' programme builds upon the already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene at the hotel to ensure guests and staff feel protected, without compromising the high standard and quality of service that guests have come to know, love and expect.
