Heritage Venues offering something new during lockdown

Heritage Venues manages sales and events for both Lillibrooke Manor in Maidenhead and Stanlake Park in Twyford. With no events happening at the venues, and knowing there are couples stuck at home really wanting to book their venue, the wonderful sales team Jonny and Ellie are carrying out personal 'virtual' tours.

When couples complete the enquiry form on the venues' websites, they'll instantly receive all the information they need - including FAQs, food and drinks options and pricing. The team will get in touch to book a tour (usually around 30-45 minutes) which is just as easy to do. Using a quickly downloaded and free app, the personalised tour covers all the venue areas, focusing on the couple's vision of their day and how the team can make it a reality for them.
"We have gone even further to help. For couples who book from a virtual tour, if they change their minds for any reason when they can see the venue 'in the flesh' we'll provide a quibble-free refund. This means there's no financial risk for couples, but they can move on to planning and getting in touch with suppliers – what better use of the unexpected time they have available during lockdown!" says director Val Pearson.
