Top stylist launches new salon

There's a new hair salon at Bicester: former Anne Veck salon manager Tia Jacobs has bought her old boss's shopping village outlet and relaunched as Edith et Moi. The reason for the name? "I couldn't have done this without my mum, Edith," says Tia. "For this reason, I decided to call the salon after her."
