A light dusting of frost, crisp clear days, warm woollen scarves; winter is a magical season for a wedding. To celebrate the wonders of winter, Wasing Park, the spectacular rural barn venue in Berkshire, is hosting a month-long event throughout January, decorating the venue in a decadent frost and furs theme.

Couples are invited to stroll around the breathtaking grounds during this aptly named Winter Wonderland event, taking place between 4th and 26th January 2020. On their visit, guests can take in the picturesque 15th-century Parish Church, the contemporary Garden Room and the grand Castle Barn. As well as this, they can preview some of the 26 boutique bedrooms on-site and the impressive honeymoon suite. Inspired by the season of sparkle, Winter Wonderland provides inspiration and ideas for couples interested in hosting their own enchanting winter wedding.

While it may be cold outside, Wasing Park will be dressed to impress, warming hearts with twinkling fairylights, candles and delightful floral displays. And if that's not enough, guests can indulge in seasonal canapés, cocktails and mulled wine. What's more, guests are invited to take a look around Wasing's new Bridal Cottage now available complimentary the night before their wedding. Perfect for pre-wedding pampering, the Bridal Cottage is set in the beautiful 4,000 acre Wasing Estate. With room for a total of seven guests, there is plenty of space for the bride and her maids, and her mother, to relax and get a good night's sleep, without the worry of any additional costs to the wedding budget.

Winter Wonderland weekend appointments start at 10:15am and run every hour, with the last appointment at 2:30pm. Times for weekday appointments are more flexible but will be held between 10am and 3pm.

Book an appointment today as Wasing Park opens its doors. Appointments are free and open to any number of people, but booking is essential. To arrange your visit telephone 0118 907 0199 or email wasingpark@wedding-venues.co.uk | www.wasing-weddings.co.uk
