   Offering period features, picturesque gardens and a mansion house filled with history and heritage, it's quite the setting for a dream wedding day! The historic house was originally built in the 1560s then rebuilt in 1720s by Charles Parry, the estate has welcomed distinguished guests into its surroundings for centuries. It underwent a £20million transformation and now offers 87 guest rooms, including 12 luxury suites, along with the restoration of a number of event spaces including the pillared Terrace Suite. Historic features including fluted columns, dramatic ceilings and grand fireplaces blend beautifully with contemporary interior design, creating a luxurious atmosphere for your wedding day.The 1560 Restaurant & Bar celebrates the best of British ingredients, whilst the Whisky Lounge is a cosy spot for drinks until the small hours. 
   All of the ceremony and celebration spaces have been recently refurbished to a high standard and the Terrace Suite is one striking example of the rejuvenation. Hosting up to 200 guests for a civil ceremony and 300 for a wedding breakfast, the suite features double doors leading onto a private terrace, with views across the landscaped gardens, lake and grounds. The Lincoln Suite, bathed in natural daylight, seats up to 120 guests for both ceremonies and wedding breakfasts and is surrounded by beautiful views.The Palmer and Old Lounge offer interconnecting rooms filled with character, period charm and distinctive architecture with large bay windows. Seating a maximum of 60 guests for a ceremony and 90 guests for a wedding breakfast between the two rooms.
   For a more intimate occasion host your wedding in The Mortimer Suite, seating 60 guests for vows and the meal afterwards – the large bay windows offer views across the lake.Nestled in Wokefield Place, Wokefield Suite is a modern space that can host 280 guests for the vows and wedding breakfast and comes with a private bar, 222 bedrooms and leisure facilities, you can celebrate everything under one roof!In the summer, a marquee or tipi on the manicured lawns with lake views makes a wonderful space for a celebration.
