This vanilla raspberry meringue cake is the perfect summer wedding treat - and we can only apologise if it makes your stomach growl! This delightful confection was made by Paul Barlow-Heal of Cotswold Baking, who trained under Michel Roux Sr at the Waterside Inn in Bray and was later head pastry chef at Cliveden House.
