Windsor wedding photographer Abi Moore discusses how to get the best of out of your w-day pictures, as we conclude our 2019 round-up of some of the best Berks, Bucks & Oxon wedding photographers.
What makes for great wedding photography? I firmly believe the best photos are captured when you relax and enjoy your day. It's one of the best days of your life, so the smiles, love and laughter are already naturally there. A good photographer will ensure they position themselves to capture these moments as they happen. I'm not a fan of overly posed photos, I'll give couples a little direction on how to stand to look their best, but I'll ask them to chat together to ensure I'm getting natural interaction and genuine emotions.
It's important to book a photographer that you trust to capture you looking your best, alongside all the little details that you might miss as your day rushes past. Photographic style is also important to consider when choosing your photographer - there's a lot of us out there and we're all slightly different. Take a look at a few photographers' websites - imagine yourselves in the photos you're seeing and ask yourself if they're the kind of photos you'll want to be looking back on for years to come.
