There were so many gorgeous images in our independent Oxford styled wedding shoot from our Aug/Sept 2019 issue, we thought we'd share a few more with you here...
"There has been a big shift in wedding trends over the past five years, and couples are seeking alternative ways to get married," says local wedding blogger and photographer Philippa James, who teamed up with Independent Oxford, a collective of local businesses, on a non-traditional wedding photo shoot. "There are now fantastic options that allow couples to stamp their styles on the day. This shoot is a wonderful way to showcase people working together to create something extra special."
"Recent wedding trends have made it possible for couples to have exactly the day they want," says Philippa. "Even though it may not be possible to legally get married anywhere, many couples are opting to hire a professional celebrant so they can create a very personal ceremony at their chosen location."
