Danesfield House Hotel and Spa

The gardens at Danesfield House are beautifully maintained featuring sculpted topiary, blooming borders, and serene pathways. Set high above the River Thames, the grounds offer breathtaking views. Peaceful and private, they create a storybook setting perfect for romantic strolls, outdoor ceremonies, and stunning wedding photography.
Ceremonies and receptions take place in the Versailles Suite for up to 120 guests or in the Chiltern Suite for a more intimate 50 people. There’s also the Henley Suite for up to 40 loved ones. This stylish area exudes vintage charm with its classic décor, elegant furnishings, and warm, inviting atmosphere. Adorned with traditional paintings and period details, the room offers an intimate setting. Receptions are also hosted on the Top Lawn for up to 120 guests or for 300 party-goers in a marquee. An outdoor ceremony on the Top Lawn at Danesfield House offers a breathtaking experience, with expansive views of the beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside. Couples can make full use of the grounds, creating a romantic and unforgettable setting for their vows framed by historic elegance and the sweeping backdrop.
By the viewpoint offers up to 15 guests to gather overlooking the River Thames and beyond. Peaceful and private, this spot creates a storybook setting for outdoor ceremonies and stunning wedding photography.
The Oak Room holds up to 30 loved ones and is available on request. It exudes a timeless, understated luxury with its white-panelled interior providing an elegant sanctuary for those in search of refined tranquillity. There’s complimentary menu tasting offered to couples getting married at the venue and a Bridal Suite is also provided complimentary on the wedding night, plus use of the grounds for a pre-wedding photo shoot.
