Milton Hill
Elegant and sophisticated, Milton Hill, Abingdon has perfect Georgian proportions, set within 22 acres of tranquil parkland. Glide down the grand oak staircase from the balcony to the main reception to greet your loved ones, and choose from a wide variety of spaces for your ceremony. The Library, with its grand fireplace, is perfect for intimate ceremonies of up to 30 guests, while the Oak Room, with its original Georgian features, can hold up to 60 of your loved ones. Then there’s the Lilac Room for up to 85 for the ceremony and 50 for the reception, while the largest indoor space, the Wisteria Room, can entertain 144 throughout the day.
Outside in the Italian Gardens, the pergola can be used for civil ceremonies (with a maximum capacity of 144). You can reel around the fountain for more photo opportunities, and use the wonderful space for a barbecue or hog roast. The venue can hold a maximum of 200 for the reception.
